NTAP has achieved significant growth since its inception in 2018, having executed four global health development projects in more than 25 countries across Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Additionally, as regional partners, NTAP members have provided technical assistance to over 90 countries worldwide under the GMS project.

The objectives of the project were to:

The objectives were to verify the process results managed by the CCM including verifying that all indicators marked as Fully Compliant or Indeterminate Compliant meet the set criteria as contained in the reference and supporting documents.
It also involved a review of the rationale of the annual improvement plan proposed to ensure it is properly endorsed by the CCM members and that it allows the CCM to address the outstanding eligibility performance assessment issues.
The Global Fund/ Country Coordination Mechanisms.

The project objective were to move the CCM along maturity levels from functional level CCM to the strategic level CCMs in their new and/or expanded roles of Global Fund grants strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, positioning, and sustainable operations. Phase one of the project involved a baseline assessment of the CCM strengths and weaknesses, identifying capacity gaps and developing an Improvement Action Plan to address the gaps.
Phase two of the project were to provide support the CCM to implement and monitor progress made in the Implementation of the Action Plan towards achieving the status of a mature CCM requirements.

The objective of the assignment were to assist the E8 Secretariat to prepare the project financial statements ensuring they comply with the Global Fund financial reporting and audit requirements, are accurate and complete, have relevant supporting documents and are submitted on time for the verification by the Global Fund’s Local Fund Agent.
We also reported on the soundness of the project’s financial management weaknesses and risks and mitigating measure through a management letter.
